The master bedroom has a King size bed and a 2nd TV suitable for playing DVD. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds, and satellite tv, which is perfect for the kids. The dining area (for 6) and includes a breakfast bar (for 4). And as an added feature, the kitchen is spacious enough for two cooks. And the home has a great laundry room off the kitchen and one full size bath with a tub/shower combination.

You'll spend most of your time outside at this great vacation retreat. The deck is spacious with built in bench seating and a patio set for 4. Just off the deck is the grill area with a nice size charcoal grill. Grassy yard is part sun and shade and everyone will certainly love the natural sand beach (highly desirable amenity at the Lake) and the great lake views! The dock has one open boat slip if you choose to bring your own.

The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dishwasher, range, microwave, and refrigerator. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room.

This cozy property is just 5 minutes from Laurie and 30 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of lakes attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping.
