Full Description $1,280 July Weekly Rate!!!! Sparkling Waters is our newest Lake House. It is a freshly remodeled private lake-front home located in Davey Cove at the 11 mile marker Sunrise Beach.

The yard has many large oak trees providing shade for sitting and relaxing on the lakefront deck. But down on the water we have created the beach front - it is a beachl area with loungers and tables and chairs so you can hang out right at the waters edge. The dock has a large swim platform for sunbathing and a dock ladder for the swimmers.

The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. This means that the calm water provides a great place to float on the water, fish and use the paddleboat.

Restaurants, convenience stores, jet ski and boat rentals are conveniently located close by. Two gas docks and boat rentals are located right in the cove. The Community Bridge and access to Osage Beach and Bagnell Dam is very near.
