Full Description $1,600 July Weekly Rate!! This 1220 square foot lake front home is located in Davey Cove at the 11.5 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. The cove is wide and is "No-Wake" in front of the house. You and your family will appreciate the calm water to float, fish, or swim in.
The dock has a large swim platform for sunbathing and fishing, a ladder for access and a 10’x24’ covered slip.

We have provided four comfortable loungers for your use while sunbathing on the patio or on the dock.

For outdoor spaces we have a large upper deck off the living room and a covered patio below so it is possible to enjoy the outdoors in any kind of weather. Our Outdoor Kitchen features a top-of-the-line Stainless Steel charcoal grill in a covered location with downlights, tile countertop, and a ceiling fan. It is convenient to the lakefront so even when you are grilling up a storm you can be right in the middle of all of the action.

This home provides guests with a neighborhood retreat with over 80’ of lakefront right at the front door and excellent fishing off the private dock. The house is situated on a gentle sloping lake lot with a great view of the open cove and beautiful homes across.

The house includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. There are four bedrooms, three with queen size beds, and one with bunk beds, there is also a full-size futon in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults + 2 children until 13 years old.

$100 Cleaning Fee + MO Lodging Tax
