The home owners association has specific rules covering pool use and quiet time. If you are looking to Party look elsewhere please. If you are looking for a great stay at the Lake our Condo has the following, All new flooring in Spring of 2010, Wireless Internet, Queen size bed in master bedroom with private bath, two twin size beds in 2nd bedroom. Breakfast/Snack bar, dining table, pull out couch (sleeps two). Flatscreen TV with DVD in living room. Bedrooms have TV's also. Fishing cribs below docks, fish cleaning areas and swimming from boat docks. Martini deck over looking bay. Sorry no pets. No cleaning or extra fees for any 2 night or longer stay.
