Welcome to the Lake of the Ozarks! Our Point Lookout property is located at the 11 mile-marker of the main channel, with beautiful views, a spacious and relaxing outdoor space and so much more!  There are two screened in patio areas, along with plenty of additional outdoor seating.

The dining area provides seating up to 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the bar. There is a propane BBQ Grill available for guest outside on the patio.\

Rental Agreement | A signed Rental Agreement must be returned before check-in details will be provided.
Age Requirement | The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, AND the primary renter must be staying at the property. We do not allow anyone to rent it for use by or on behalf of others.
Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.
Pets | This property does NOT allow guest to bring pets. Please not that owners may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us to discuss.
Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.
Property | This property is privately owned and has been entrusted to us for use by our guests. Please be respectful and careful with the property and the contents inside, and respect the rules that have been set forth for this property.

The cancellation policy will be based on where the reservation was booked, as they vary slightly. If you have specific questions, please ask.
