The gorgeous lakefront home is located in Gravois Mills, Missouri at Lake of the Ozarks. Gated for added security, this home is all on one level, including the walk-way to the dock. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails from the large covered patio where you’ll see gorgeous sunrise or sunset views. Game room includes Foosball, Ping Pong table, mini fridge and seating. Newly redecorated and furnished, this home is sure to be a guest favorite!
--LOCATION--
Situated in the deep water of the 4-mile marker of the Gravois Arm, the covered patio is just steps from the water. The dock is available for guests to use and includes a lily pad, 1 paddleboard, 2 Kayaks and wet steps for swimming. The boat slip is available to guests who want to rent or bring a boat. Two jet ski (PWC) lifts are also available. Coconuts, Jolly Rogers and Lake Burger are just a short boat ride away for dining, fun or gas for your boat. There is a grocery store, liquor store, Walmart and Dollar General all within 15 minutes.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you’ll need for on-site cooking. We even have a coffee bar to include a Keurig and regular coffee pot, coffee grinder and electric Tea Pot. Enjoy meals or games in the formal dining room that seats 8, or there is a breakfast table just off the kitchen and two seats at the bar. There is plenty of seating outside, as well as a propane BBQ Grill available for guests on the patio.
The main living room centers around the gas fireplace (fall and winter use only) and large flat-screen Smart TV, while also giving stunning lake views and patio access.
A second living/family room includes another large Smart TV, games for the family and a nice place to read a book.

There are boat cleats along one side of the dock for easily tying up to the side of the dock

PLEASE NOTE – For the safety and protection of our property and our guests, there is a security camera facing near the front entrance or parking area and one facing the dock. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.
--RENTAL REQUIREMENTS--
Rental Agreement | A signed Rental Agreement must be returned before check-in details will be provided.
Age Requirement | The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, AND the primary renter must be staying at the property. We do not allow anyone to rent it for use by or on behalf of others.
Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.
Pets | This property does NOT allow guest to bring pets. Please note that owners may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us to discuss.
Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.
Property | This property is privately owned and has been entrusted to us for use by our guests. Please be respectful and careful with the property and the contents inside, and respect the rules that have been set forth for this property.
The cancellation policy will be based on where the reservation was booked, as they vary slightly. If you have specific questions, please ask.
