 2 BR / 1.5 Bath House in Quiet Cove - Great Outdoor Spaces & Dog Friendly | Sleeps 7

--THE PROPERTY--
This 2 bedroom home is located in a quiet cove in Rocky Mount, Missouri, sitting on about 1 acre of mostly wooded land.  There is lake access at the 5 - mile marker of the Gravois Arm in this peaceful cove. You'll be a short drive from the Bagnell Dam and many of our popular restaurants and attractions we have here at the Lake of The Ozarks. The dock is available for guests to use for swimming or lounging, and space for a 25ft. boat. There is space available for 2 PWC, and a Kayak for guest use.

Kitchen & Dining
The primary kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee pot, and all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you’ll need for on-site cooking. The dining area provides seating for 5 guests and there is additional seating outside on the deck. There is a propane BBQ grill and a propane griddle available for guests outside on the patio.

Outdoor Spaces
In addition to the main deck just off the lower level, there is a gravel area with a wood firepit that is great for roasting s'mores, playing cornhole or just visiting with friends and family (we even provide the cornhole game for you!)  There is also a waterfront "martini" deck that has steps for swimming and two PWC platforms. The boat dock is available for fishing or hanging out, there is space available for a 25 ft. boat in the slip. There are propane firepits available for guest use.  Overall the outdoor spaces are a great place to enjoy the lake, enjoy nature with the surrounding trees and wildlife and enjoy some down time!

Smoking | Absolutely NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DRUGS of any kind are allowed inside the property.

Pets | Certain dogs may be allowed at this property with a nonrefundable pet deposited and signed Pet Agreement, but there is a quantity and size limit so details must be disclosed and discussed in advance.  Since owners and other guests may have had animals in the property prior to your arrival, if you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us to discuss.

Parties | We do not allow bachelor, bachelorette, 21st, or other similar types of parties or party groups and have a zero tolerance for violations.

Property | This property is privately owned and has been entrusted to us for use by our guests. Please be respectful and careful with the property and the contents inside, and respect the rules that have been set forth for this property.
