All our properties have a digital keypad for easy contactless entry. You’ll receive an email the day before your arrival with the code and all the other check-in details you’ll need to know. We want your check-in to be smooth sailing so don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

How do we get into the property?

Can I have an early check in time?
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. Guests are welcome to request an early check-in time (no earlier than 2 pm) at no additional cost but it is not guaranteed and depends on departing guests and our maintenance and cleaning schedule. If you arrive early without getting written confirmation, you may not have access to the property.

Why is the minimum age requirement 25?
Our properties are all privately owned and used as second homes for most of our owners. Some are even in an HOA/POA that has age restrictions. Most don’t allow any types of parties and we just prefer a more mature renter. Guests don’t all have to be 25 but the primary renter does, and has to be staying at the property. We do have some properties and circumstances where we can make exceptions, so honesty is appreciated and feel free to ask if we can make an exception.

Why do I have to sign a Rental Agreement?
We’ll send you a digital Rental Agreement after confirmation of your reservation. We want to make sure we are clear on our expectations of you and what you should be able to expect from us. Your digital signature confirms that you have read (or at the very least, been given a copy) so you have an opportunity to review the house/neighborhood rules and regulations and to make sure you know what you’re renting.

Do you have any recommendations of things to do while we’re there?
